The Red Ant Team is motivated and driven by the desire to provide the purest and most natural rice and rice derived products to our diverse range of consumers around the globe. |
| To achieve this, we need to operate as a group across the interests of many stakeholders. We are therefore inspired by the strength, determination and co-operation exhibited by the ant species as they set about to achieve their goals. | |
| Ant societies exist as strong and respectful groups with very clear division of labour, communication between individuals, and an ability to solve complex problems, all performed with diligence, patience and in unity. | |

Ants are the dominant insects of the world, and they’ve had a great impact on habitats almost over the land surface of the world for more than 50-million year.
